SmallBasic is a groovy new project from MSDN DevLabs which you can download from here. It’s aimed at bringing the “fun” back into programming for both children and adults, so its a small download with just 15 keywords (although it does also need .Net Framework 3.5). When I see those For/Next loops in the getting started document it reminds me of those Sinclair ZX81 and BBC Micro days…
